I got this game as a part to my classic game collection for my new channel. Being 29 years old I would honestly have to say, they really made sure you weren’t going to play through this game without crying! 😭 especially the 3 punch combo at the end! That being the special announcement in the hangar, the allies getting control of the panels in Megalith. Then this credits soundtrack to top it all off! 🥶🙌🏼

Something thats easy to overlook or not notice the meaning of in this scene is the name of the airbase you're going to. The sign reads "Royal Air Force: Kinloss". In reality, Kinross was just a local training airfield for British bomber crews. If it's being used operationally, jointly by all the Allies, it means they're pulling together every possible airfield, airstrip, every possible place that can be used to get planes in the air for this one, major mission, an operation this big means they're likely pulling almost their entire air fleet together for this one operation. The name of the base here may not seem like much at first glance but when you realize what using a base like Kinloss in this manner really implies, it sets the tone for just how massive , and probably desperate this operation truly was for the Allies, and really just goes to show what situation for them was looking like at this point in the war.

This map SUCKED on old crtv due to how dark it was back in the day, my mother and I really had to make use of our instruments to find our targets as turning up the brightness did little but piss off my dad XD makes me glad games have a brightness/gamma boost internally
